What is systems security you may ask? Systems security is the control of access to a computers system files as well as its data. This in my opinion is one of the most vital types of security one could have especially in today’s fast paced digitized world, everything around us is being controlled by a computer somewhere where it be traffic lights, television shows, radio stations or huge corporations or businesses, thus it makes it necessary to invest in some type of system security.
In a day and age where everything is being controlled by computers and the internet and us being human are always so curious or as a matter of fact very competitive or greedy and will do anything to gain the upper hand on completion it is vital that we have some type of way to protect our computer systems resources. Whether it be at home or in your work place we know that there is always that one individual who just cant help snooping around our computers.
Protection of access is a great tool to have and that is why most computer systems or programs that are sold in today’s market exhibit the protection option so that you are able protect your own privacy where need be and we all know that there some information that would not go down well if it was open to all to see, as we a such judgmental beings we would rather not have our personal details and day to day activities be accessed by others.
It id however more imperative for large companies or corporations to have system security as most of their business plans and ideas are stored in their systems databases and this can pose a real problem if their competitors where able to access this information.
So all those passwords that get us all flustered and confused are put in place for a reason, to protect and maintain our own integrity but also to prevent chancers and thieves taken advantage of us.
