It Started as a Quiet Evening
One new years eve my wife and I spent a quiet night at home. We sat outside next to the fire talking and enjoying some wine when the clock struck 12 we wished each other a happy new year and went to bed, shortly afterwards it started pouring rain but it wasn’t until just after 2 o’clock that I received a frantic call from my father who was living in the granny flat that someone was trying to break into the garage.
By the time I got outside the thieves had gone, my security gate was lifted off the runner and my car was broken into. The funny thing is only the car that didn’t have a car tracking device installed was broken into if it wasn’t for the large chain I had installed behind my vehicles my car would be missing too and without insurance and a vehicle tracking device I didn’t have a prayer of ever seeing my car again.
Not my security gate or my beware of the dogs sign not even the pouring rain could deter the thieves from carrying out their plan this fact shocked me and then it dawned on me there is something that stopped them my vehicle tracking system. Suffice to say I didn’t wait long before having one installed in my other vehicle too.
