It Started as a Quiet Evening
One new years eve my wife and I spent a quiet night at home. We sat outside next to the fire talking and enjoying some wine when the clock struck 12 we wished each other a happy new year and went to bed, shortly afterwards it started pouring rain but it wasn’t until just after 2 o’clock that I received a frantic call from my father who was living in the granny flat that someone was trying to break into the garage.
By the time I got outside the thieves had gone, my security gate was lifted off the runner and my car was broken into.
