Security Company Secrets, Hardly Talked About

Security companies have got quite a number of in house secrets, which ranges from directorship to tender acquiring strategies, but regardless of the story range no one talks about the hiring tactics attached to security companies.

At one stage  as we resumed for work only to find out that our company premises was broken into, where in nearly all of the essentials were taken away, such that we all questioned the responsible company’s security efficiency. Before we set for work the following day three armed robbers were reported shot dead by the security officer in charge of our sister company. All this brought about awe to the members of both companies.  As a public relations personnel  I had to come out with a proper report of both the incidents  in less than 24 hours as well as the possible issues attached to the incidents and the possible solutions, hence I had go through an extensive shortest period enquiry, in order for me to give a tangible report.

Within a few hours of my enquiry, I realised this notion of the unquestioned hiring strategies done by the security companies, which seemed a secret that no one talks about. Most of the security companies claims efficiency whereas most people assumes efficiency from the security officers due to their qualifications. With such ideas in mind I have noted that  no one talks about security companies hiring strategies after a thorough enquiry showed that the security who was in charge of our company had no  fire arm qualifications, so he  only had a butter stick with him an empty short gun porch on him, so he could not counteract an armed robber but instead he had to save his life and give in to his security access. This was unlike the one on the sister company, who had weapon qualifications.

This secret came to me as a fact that most companies hardly hire the rightfully qualified personnel as they claim.

Security qualifications are rated with grades nearly all claims to have the right personnel at the right place.
