This can’t be fun for the little guy but could not help a small giggle to myself. Although this is a small farm strand this demonstrates yet another reason why electric fences should not be installed by individuals that don’t know what they are doing. An incorrectly installed fence can be lethal not just to humans but also to small children and your pets.
